Described below are the requirements
that must be met in order to qualify for the BAN Wraps
program. This is actually taken from our Angler
contract (So there may be some legal jargon in there)
that each angler will be asked to sign.
You must be 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United
States.
- Duties of The Angler. The Angler
shall provide to, perform or cause the following to
be performed for Bass Anglers Network the following:
- The Angler shall allow Bass Anglers Network to
wrap The Angler’s competition boat with a design
to be determined by Bass Anglers Network;
- The Angler shall allow Bass Anglers Network to
supply and implement, and shall use, certain other
marketing tools, including but not limited to inclusion
on Bass Anglers Network’s website, business
cards, trading cards and up to five press releases;
- The Angler shall personally participate in 10 days’ worth
of personal appearances, which shall be negotiated
and arranged by Bass Anglers Network;
- In addition to other designs that Bass Anglers
Network may specify, The Angler shall display Bass
Anglers Network’s logo on both his or her tow
vehicle and boat at all times, and shall wear clothing
provided by Bass Anglers Network during all tournament
hours and events, including registration, unless
provided by tournament organizers for television
purposes;
- If Bass Anglers Network has retained The Angler
for a National Contract (designated herein), The
Angler shall participate in at least 130 days of
tournament competition, and at least six multi-state
tournaments, and/or as otherwise defined by Bass
Anglers Network;
- If Bass Anglers Network has retained The Angler
for a Regional Contract (designated herein), The
Angler shall participate in at least 70 days of tournament
competition, and at least ten tournaments supported
by Triton Gold, Ranger Cup, WWC or Skeeter Army,
three of which tournaments must receive national
coverage via magazine, internet magazine or television;
- The
Angler shall provide Bass Anglers Network with proof
of tournaments fished via weigh-in ticket and/or
paid receipt for such tournament within three business
days from the end of such tournament; and
- The Angler
shall provide the impression report and tournament
results within three business days from the end of
such tournament.
- Provision of Trade Equipment, Contractor Appearance. The
Angler shall provide his or her own equipment, including,
but not limited to his or her, boat, towing vehicle,
rods, reels and all other equipment necessary for competing
at the semi/professional angler level. In order
to maintain high presentation standards for benefit
of BAN Wraps clients, tow vehicles, boats, motors and
trailers shall be three years or less in age, unless
otherwise approved by BAN Wraps. All
equipment must be maintained in clean condition, neat,
and in show quality. Contractor and Contractor’s
agents shall maintain a clean appearance, neat and
well groomed.
- Compensation of The Angler. As compensation
for its services herein stated, The Angler shall be
paid an annual anglers fee. The Angler’s fee
will be paid on the first of each month, beginning
on the month following the Effective Date of the agreement
and will be based off of a percentage of the over all
agreement between Bass Anglers Network and their customer.

notice at the discretion of Bass Anglers Network. We
encourage all anglers to fill out the application and
submit it, and when we get a product that fits your profile
and all requirements have been met, we will call you.
Anglers are chosen based upon their ability to fit our
business partners needs, including geographic location
and profile submitted.
